Common questions

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. That permanently removes your account and all associated data — profile, answers, plans, everything. If you'd rather we do it, email us and we'll take care of it.

How do subscriptions and cancellation work?

Ailly Pro and Ailly Grow are billed through the App Store and renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone — it takes about ten seconds, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Ailly Launch is a one-time purchase per business: you keep everything it created even if you cancel Grow.

Does canceling a free trial cost anything?

No. Cancel Ailly Pro during the 7-day trial and you won't be charged at all.

Who sees my answers in an enterprise program?

Not your boss — not word for word. Leadership sees readiness levels, tiers, and opportunities; your personal answers stay private by design. Interview data is stored encrypted on Google Cloud, scoped to your company, never used to train models, and fully deleted when your company asks.

How does my company request enterprise data deletion?

Email us from your company account and ask. We fully remove your company's data — interviews, reports, dashboards, everything — and confirm when it's done.
